In celebration of my new auto...
Someone was asking me for directions to somewhere in Manhattan and I asked him what Avenue it was off of and he says, and I quote, "somewhere in between the Hudson and the East River."
Well I got fancy new brakes for my little car along with assurance that the other car I may get can be fixed by these people as well. So even though my wallet is a bit lighter, I didn't get screwed over like I expected too and I kept a really good mechanic for future cars of mine.
I'm now linking to Shreena's new bloggie which I think it much cooler than the other one, mostly because I'm listed in the sidebar of that one. :-)
While driving to work this morning, the brakes on my baby car went. :-(
To anyone on here who is in college or around that age, listen up. Do not live vicariously through your credit card(s) and more importantly, if at any time you are completely strapped for cash and can no longer make your payments, consolidate those debts into something manageable.

It's not like I had all this faith in weather people to begin with, but now whatever I did have for them is even smaller than before. Maybe all you people in the north got the snow because even at my job, which is "in the woods" as I describe it, only got about 2 slushy inches.

It was great celebrating this year's birth at Foxwoods on the crazy, smoke filled gambling floor. I believe the only other comparison I can bring to the casino floor is to that of Times Square: filled with noise, lights, people too busy to look up from what they are doing and crazy people yelling to themselves. What a night...
