Silver Lining

For anyone in the northeast, here are some things that always help me to find the silver lining even for the massive impending doom clouds that have been over us for the whole day:

- finishing a work project and hour earlier than anticipated
- helping people witht their projects when they didn't think I could offer any to begin with
- bagels mid-morning courtesy of the HR guy at work and his love of spending petty cash to make us happy

And I'm not bragging at all, anyone who's any close friend of mine knows that the top two on that list are things that would really cheer me up, especially now. I hope I can keep on this upswing.
