Pan's Labyrinth (some spoilers)

Holy crap...just, wow. One of the best movies I've seen in a very long time, and it definitely deserves it's 97% rating from the Rotten Tomato front, who are notoriously picky about their movie likes.

You can obviously tell that this is a world that the girl is sinking into in order to shelter herself from that horrible post-Spanish revolution reality she is in. It's so tremendously heart wrenching to see the innocence of this girl (the main character) up against the world.

This is a tissue movie, bring along one of those little packets of tissue because you will need it.

And don't let the subtitles deter you, lazy bones! It's worth it. Your mind gets used to reading and watching the movie at the same time, so just sit back and get the rhythm, it's worth it.

Also this is from the horror film sweetie, Guillermo del Toro who finally gets the show the world that he's more than just a blood and gore director. You definitely get a taste of his horror background with this film, you're not just going to sit there and cry, oh no. You're going to sit there and cringe at some of the stuff Guillermo gets away with. AHHHH!!!!
